Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 325

Rhinoplasty surgery is all about establishing natural facial harmony.  Sometimes the surgical changes are conservative, but make a significant change in appearance.  This beautiful patient of mine planned rhinoplasty surgery in preparation for her wedding. She had concerns with the dorsal hump and nasal tip shape.  She is in her early 20s and is photographed approximately 6 weeks following open rhinoplasty surgery.  The dorsal hump was removed, the nasal tip was rotated and reshaped.  Her nose was also straightened.  We are grateful to be able to share her photographs for educational purposes.
