This lovely patient in her 40s is shown here before and 3 months after rhinoplasty with me. Preoperatively, she shared that she was specifically not happy with her dorsal hump, as well as her over-projected and under-rotated tip. She was interested in achieving a natural appearing result that brought her nose into harmony with her face. Most of all, she did NOT want to appear “operated-on”.
