Importantly, he wanted to avoid having incisions around his ears and did not have significant facial aging. Given that his concerns were focused primarily in the anterior neck, Dr. Hanna performed a deep neck lift (or “short scar necklift”) for him using a single incision hidden beneath the chin. Fat grafting was also performed to help address his slightly retruded chin and to make his jawline appear relatively longer.
