Facelift/Neck Lift Before & After Case 268

This lovely patient in her 70s came to see me for a secondary face and necklift after having a facelift with a different surgeon. She was unhappy with the lack of longevity of her result and recurrent asymmetrical jowls, with the right side being worse than the left. She wanted a natural appearing result with correction of the issues above. I performed a deep plane facelift and necklift for her to address the signs of facial aging and asymmetry in her face. These are her before and after photos at 5 months post surgery.
