Facelift/Neck Lift Before & After Case 266

This young patient in her 50s came to see me for facial rejuvenation after having significant weight loss following bariatric surgery. She had developed loose skin over her neck which she found bothersome. This is the result of the skin of the face and neck being stretched by the fat that was once there and not being able to contract down once she lost the weight. This issue can occur with any significant weight loss including surgical weight loss, or with weight loss associated with medications like ozempic. 
This patient wanted to achieve a natural appearing result with correction of her neck bands and a smooth jawline. She is pictured at 4 months post surgery. Additional treatments like Morpheus8 and facial fat grafting can help to improve skin quality, residual fine lines, and loss of facial volume.
