Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, is often a subtle procedure that can have a profound effect on how someone is perceived. This lovely young patient wanted to address the tired appearance of her eyes caused by the early hooding of her upper eyelids, and the bags beneath her lower eyelids. Pictured at 10 months post upper and lower eyelid surgery, she looks like herself again and certainly does not have tired appearing eyes! We can appreciate that she now has a smooth arc to her upper eyelid fold, with no hooding. Her lower eyelids now smoothly blend into her upper cheek, with no bags.
