Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 272

This lovely patient in her late 50s was concerned about the "tired" appearance of her eyes and wanted a natural appearing correction of the loose skin and wrinkles to her eyelids. I performed blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) for her and these are her photos at 7 months post surgery. She now has nicely defined, natural appearing, upper eyelid folds, her appearance has not been changed and she simply appears refreshed. Incidentally, she does have a tan in the post surgical photos.
