Welcome to Our Toronto Surgery Centre

The St. Thomas Surgical Centre in Toronto is located on the second floor in the 7 St. Thomas Street building. Our Toronto plastic surgery office is located in the same building on the fourth floor. Our on-site surgical facility is an OHP facility accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. This is a brand-new state-of-the-art surgical facility with onsite instrument sterilization. We perform surgical procedures under local anesthesia, sedation, or general anesthesia at this location.

Accessing Our Surgical Centre Via Public Transit

Our surgery centre is located within blocks of both the Bay and Museum subway stops. Bloor-Yorkville is also accessible via the Kitchener and Union Pearson Express lines of GO Train.

From Toronto Pearson International Airport

• Head south on ON-427.
• Use the left 2 lanes to take the Gardiner Expressway exit toward Toronto.
• Merge onto Gardiner Expressway East.
• Take the Lake Shore Boulevard/Jameson Avenue exit.
• Keep right and merge onto Lake Shore Boulevard West.
• Turn left onto Fort York Boulevard.
• Turn left onto Bathurst Street.
• Turn right onto Adelaide Street West.
• Turn left onto University Avenue.
• Continue onto Queens Park; you’ll see the Queen’s Park bus station on the right.
• Continue onto Queens Park Crescent East and stay right to continue on Queens Park.
• Turn right onto Bloor Street West.
• Turn right toward Sultan Street.
• Continue onto Sultan Street.
• Our building will be on the right.
• The surgery centre is located on the second floor.

From Richmond Hill

• Head south on ON-404.
• Continue onto Don Valley Parkway South.
• Take the exit toward Castle Frank Road.
• Use the left lane to keep left at the fork and continue toward Castle Frank Road.
• Keep left, follow signs for Bloor Street East/Danforth Avenue.
• Use the right 2 lanes to turn left onto Castle Frank Road.
• Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Bloor Street East; the Castle Frank subway station is on the right.
• Turn left onto St. Thomas Street.
• Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Sultan Street.
• Our building will be on the right.
• The surgery centre is located on the second floor.

From Mississauga

• Head east on Hurontario Street.
• Use the right lane to merge onto Queen Elizabeth Way via the ramp to Toronto.
• Merge onto Queen Elizabeth Way.
• Keep left to continue on Gardiner Expressway East.
• Take the Lake Shore Boulevard/Jameson Avenue exit.
• Keep right and merge onto Lake Shore Boulevard West.
• Turn left onto Fleet Street.
• Turn left onto Bathurst Street.
• Continue straight to stay on Bathurst Street.
• Turn right onto Adelaide Street West.
• Turn left onto University Avenue.
• Continue onto Queens Park.
• Continue onto Queens Park Crescent East.

• Head west on ON-401 W.
• Keep right at the fork to stay on ON-401 W and follow signs for Liverpool Rd/Whites Rd/Regional Road 38/Regional Road 29.
• Keep right to stay on ON-401 W.
• Take exit 375 for Don Valley Parkway S.
• Merge onto Don Valley Pkwy S.
• Take the Bayview Avenue exit toward Bloor Street.
• Use the left lane to keep left at the fork and continue toward Castle Frank Road.
• Keep left, follow signs for Bloor St E/Danforth Ave.
• Use the right 2 lanes to turn left onto Castle Frank Road.
